I will talk to you all about the EGO. It has come up far too many times in the recent weeks and I felt that was my Higher Self leaning in. Now the Ego does not discriminate it takes all candidates. I want you to ask yourself right now in the last 24 hrs did ego get in the way of any of my life decisions? Let me show you what ego sounds like. Well I’m not reaching out because I didn’t start it he or she did. Here’s another, they are the problem not me. Or I know I was wrong but it is what it is. Or how about this one, when you’re asked well how do you feel. You respond I don’t feel anything. Knowing you’re feeling a whole heap of things. Lack of vulnerability, the ability to NOT want to open up. And you’re right you don’t have to do anything you don’t want to. But guess what when you let ego get in the way you block your blessings. You keep the karmic and soul ties. You don’t release anything you hold onto it. Then when something happens out of your control, at least how you see it, then you feel ashamed, anxiety and stressed. Why do we keep doing this to ourselves. Look at yourself in the mirror right now and say I AM WORTHY, I AM WORTHY, I AM WORTHY. Keep saying it until you believe. Because if ego resides in your mental you do not believe you are worthy. Being worthy means loving yourself. It means breaking those chains that bind you. Break the chains and fall back in love with yourself. Take ego OUT OF IT. However the other person responds to that is none of your business. You are now FREE OF THE EGO. I call the Ego LETGO because it’s the process of releasing and healing at the same time. Try it and I promise you, you will love the results.
